CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you be unable to make your scheduled appointment.

If no notice is given or you call to reschedule less than the 24 hours stipulated there is a charge of 50% for your booked treatment fee.

This policy is in place as we are a very busy clinic with regular loyal cliental. We have set this time aside for you as a valued client and are unable to take other bookings for that time.

Therefore as a common courtesy we ask that we are given the adequate notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking.
